VAJIRAM IAS TEST SERIES

There will be a series of three tests in General Studies and three tests each in Sociology, Public Administration, Indian History, Geography and Commerce. A candidate may join the Test Series for General Studies alone or for General Studies and any of the afore-said optional subjects. The Test Series is open to all IAS aspirants. A candidate desirous of joining the Test Series shall have to down load the "Application Form" along with "Admit Card" and "Attendance Sheet" coupons from our web site or collect them in person from our office. After filling up all the relevant columns of the above three forms, you may send them by post or in person along with the necessary fee either in cash, DD or cheque favouring M/S Vajiram IAS Test Series drawn on a bank branch in Delhi.(Out station cheques will not be accepted.)

The fee for the General Studies course
(for 3 tests)
Rs. 801/- + Rs.99/- = Rs.900/-
(Service Tax @ 12.36%)
OR
General Studies and one optional subject as mentioned above (3 tests each)
Rs.1602/- + Rs.198/- = Rs1800/-
(Service Tax @ 12.36%)

The Test Centres are North Delhi, Central Delhi, South Delhi, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai. Please indicate clearly your centre of choice. For candidates of Delhi, the desired centre will be allotted on a first-cum-first-served basis. The Institute reserves the right to allot a candidate to any other centre in Delhi, if seats are not available in a particular centre. The Test dates are 24th Feb, 23rd March &13th April 2008 and Test timing is 9.30 AM to 11.30 AM for the optional subject and 1.30 PM to 3.30 PM for General Studies.

A candidate, who can not take the mock tests at any of the above mentioned centres, may choose to take the Test Papers by post and answer them at home under self-supervision. The candidates will be supplied with the key to the test paper with short explanatory notes, apart from evaluating the answer sheet sent by the candidate.

A candidate is advised to observe the following instructions.

1. No candidate is allowed to enter the examination hall without the "Admit Card" issued by the Institute.
2. No candidate is allowed entry into the examination hall 15 minutes after the commencement of the test.
3. No candidate will be allowed to take the test at any centre other than the centre allotted to him by the Institute.
4. Candidates are advised to occupy their respective seats at least 15 minutes before the commencement of the test.
5. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance, including failing to turn up for the test at the appointed centre, on the appointed day.



Please check the following items and ensure that they all are attached with the duly filled up application form.
1. Admit Card with photograph
2. Attendance Sheet with photograph
3. Three unstamped self-addressed envelopes of the size 4.5 inch x 10 inch with pin code and phone number.

4. Filling up e-mail column in the application form.

The last date to receive duly filled up application form along with Attendance Sheet and Admit Card with full fee at our office at Delhi is 31st Jan, 2008.
